Do you want your projects to look professional and presentable? In today's world, design and art have become essential part of everyday life by capturing people's attention and appealing to their love of beauty. A well-designed graphic – such as a piece of creative digital artwork, a personal logo and business card, or more – will make you stand out from the crowd.
In this class, students will learn the basic concepts of professional terms, proper design procedure, as well as design do’s and dont’s. The class will cover the basics of Adobe Illustrator, the primary program we will be using. Students will explore exciting effects using Illustrator, and participate in a variety of hands-on projects such as converting photos and drawings into vector images, drawing digital wallpapers, designing their own logos and business cards, and more.
More importantly, this class will provide your children with the tools and skills to explore and express their ideas and creativity. It will also establish a foundation for them to practice graphic design in the future.

Date, Time, and Tuition
This is a 4-session class, meeting once every week, for 4 weeks.

Round 1: Sep 16th - Oct 7th
Round 2: Oct 14th - Nov 4th
Round 3: Nov 11th - Dec 9th (no class on Dec 2nd)
Open studio Sunday to Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM
Class Time: 6:30-9:00 PM, every Friday
Tuition: $250 for each 4-session class.
$30/hr for open studio.
Prerequests
The target age range is 7th grade and up, no design experience required.

- A laptop with mouse
- Software: Adobe Illustrator
