Free Seminar: Teens Speak Out—Mental Health

Do you want to know why your teenager sleeps at irregular hours?
Why they spend so much time playing video games?
Are you unable to figure out how to help your child?
Have you heard about mental health but don't know what it means?

Four teenage presenters from local high schools, include Lynbrook, Valley Christian, Monta Vista and Fremont High, will discuss their findings on the mental health of local teens. They have researched the issue from the perspective of both students and public school teachers by hosting a series of interviews with individuals in the area. They hope to share with parents on the struggles teenagers face and provide helpful tips that lead to a healthier relationship with their teens.
