The AP Environmental Science course prepares students to understand the relationship between the world and humans, by educating them with environmental science principles, methodologies, and concepts. Students will be able to analyze natural and manmade environmental problems, identify their risks, and find ways to resolve and prevent them.
As an added bonus after the AP test in May 2018, the instructor, Mahama, will take his AP environmental science students on a field trip to the largest wastewater treatment plant in California to see firsthand how water is treated.
