Course Objectives
- Algebra II (or advanced algebra) is a continuation of Algebra I. The course teaches more fundamentals of algebra and includes quadratic functions, complex numbers, sequences and series, exponential and logarithmic functions, trigonometry, statistics, combinatorics and binomial theorem. Algebra II is generally the first mathematics course that deeply involves abstract and non-linear thinking.
- 2-hour sessions, 16 weeks.
- Text: Amsco’s Algebra 2 and Trigonometry.
